You can probably find these on the net somewhere. A saturn specific site might have this information available. Scott 95 SE-2.5L ATX (Sold, but not forgotten...)

eagle98_dup1 Newbie E Joined: May 2003 Posts: 9	P0134 = O2 Sensor circuit no activity detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1) This code means the O2 sensor has not toggled it's signal in a certain period of time. If it was operating correctly, it should be outputting a signal of too rich/too lean, several times a second. Most likely the O2 sensor is bad.
