I turned off my car at the gas station last night and then when I tried to start it she would not fire. She will crank over but will not start. Checked the fuel pump and it is turning on. I seem to have fuel pressure. When I press the fuel relief valve fuel comes out. I took a spark plug out and grounded it to the motor and I can not see a spark. I have heard of the coils going bad. Is there a good way to check them??? If so how. Also could it be the crank shaft sensor??? Please help. I do not want to take it to the dealer. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

Yes, it could be the crank sensor, but I would check for loose connections and the relevant fuses and stuff first. Check more than one plug wire for spark. Is this a V6 or I4? Any other symptoms or CELs?

V6. I have not done a code scan yet. I am going to do that tonight. There was not check engine light at the time.
