Is there an inexpensive way to replace the headlights on a '98 Tour? I see them on Ebay for about $130. Is this my best option? Mine are hazy and unattractive. There is a twin headlamp conversion in Europe, but it is much more expensive.

FYI its best to use the search function before you post a question as often you can find the answer that way and not get pounced on by the "search nazis"
That conversion you're talking about I assume is the Mondeo and although I have seen one or 2 contours with it done they aren't a direct fit and it costs a lot to get them in.
If you have to replace your lights try a pick a part junkyard or you can call Bill Jenkins at 702-303-5379 this guy is really helpful to the contour people around here with acquiring parts for a good price.

My headlights where very yellow, and made my car look ugly. I use Novus Plastic Polish No. 2. It works great and is only about $5.75 for a 8oz bottle. I think they sell it at NAPA. It works wonders, it made my headlights look brand new. I put it on my moms headlights and they look brand new also. Hers we so yellow that she had to drive with her highbeams on and still could barly see. This stuff works great and is very cheap. Hope this helps you out.
