Anyone experience this when they fill up? Every time I go to a gas station to fill up it takes me like 10 minutes to do it. I dont know if its the design of the tank or what but the automatic fuel cutoff in the pump seems to like to go off every time I pump gas which means I have to sit there holding the pump less then half way pumping gas like a gallon per hour just wondering if this happends to anyone else?

You haven't stated your car info, but my '98 was subject to "recall" on this. My '97 doesn't have the problem (different fuel neck design - bigger air hole).

One tip: When taking it in for the recall. Have your tank near empty. They must lower the tank from the car to replace the fuel flapper valve and if you have gas in the tank they pump it out and then pump it back in after they are done with the work. Having an empty tank not only gets the job done quicker but then they aren't pumping a bunch of crap back into your tank.

My tip is make sure they do it right the first time.
About a year ago, I had this fix done to my car. Of course I picked it up at closing time. Yes, the problem with the pump shutting off prematurely was fixed, replaced by a new problem, that the fuel would leak out of the top of the tank.
Of course, service department is now closed, so I left voicemail, and my car leaking on their driveway.
Took my keys and met them at a bit after 8 to move my car from infront of the doors.
Service manager came with me on the next trip to the gas station.

I have had the same problem on my '95 Mystique. I got the double whammy, though, because I live in NJ and don't have self-serve. So basically I just have to hope the attendant doesn't lost patience.
Anyway, I looked for a recall on this and all I found were recalls relating to leaks or fumes. I didn't see anything else. Can someone post a recall number or a link where I can find it? This has been by far my biggest pet peeve since buying the car.

From what I gather it is not a recall, but a TSB or 'technical service bulletin'. Its more of an annoyance than a safety hazard and therefore Ford is probably unwilling to bite the bullet. Thus if you want it fixed you will have to pay for it. There is some good info/tips in this thread: Earlier thread Here is what i posted in that thread that may make your trips to the gas station a bit more bearable (it worked for me): Here is a tip: When inserting the nozzle, be sure not to insert with full force and don't press it up against the gas tank. I always thought it was a good idea to press it up to create a "seal" with the rubber surround of the nozzle...instead just insert it like 4/5 of the way inside...pretty much all the way but not completely... (make sure it IS inside tho! ) and its should be MUCH easier to fill your tank up.
