I presume quoted price is labour and bulbs. You could obviously just buy bulbs at dealer and install yourself.

No idea, but they are probably special ones that Canadian Tire wouldn't carry. Check owner's manual for type.

If you just need bulbs, 893s (35W) or 885s (50W) are the standard replacements. Walmart or an auto parts store should have them. Remove old bulb by reaching up through access windows on splash guard and turning old bulb 1/4 turn CCW. Unplug old bulb from wire harness, connect new bulb, and re-install in fog lamp. (Best done laying on your back.) Why does the dealer want to replace the lamps?

This winter one fog light on my SVT went.
Bought the bulp from Campbell Ford parts, about $12, I think, and Fast Lane (same dealer) had a tech slap it in for $10.

Okay that is robbery. The bulbs are $13 each and it takes less than 5 minutes to change it. Just reach up in there and pull them out.
