No point at all! We don't have a true dual and running a dual intake....I can't see the point.

Dual intake is unnecesary because 1 pipe can supply more than enough air for our engine.
Also when the 2 pipes come together there will be alot of air turbulence, causing a loss in performance.
The closer the IAT/MAF is to the TB the more accurate their readings are.

it would look nice...thats about it.

we can't even run true duals so dual intake wouldn't exactly work either...

The only way i see that being effective would be to have two throttle bodies, one to each pair of cylinders. :P

i tried with a "T" to split them.. the car would barely move unless u floored it and when u slowed back down it would buck around and stall. :/

makes no sense to me. Plus, where the hell would you run the second intake? I see no room over there for it.

I was really tired the other night and came up with running four pipes for the older Euro Zetec R that was carburated; methinks a pair of Holley two barrels with U-shaped pipes would be quite nasty. Maybe run a hood like the Subie WRX that has the long narrow scoop so all 4 pipes have a direct quasi ram air. Just thinking out loud...bet the Burton Power boys have already done that.
