My foglights are not working so I put new bulbs in and nothing checked the fuse in the power disstribution box and its ok. The only other mention of a fuse is The R22 fuse for the foglights, but under location it says moduale bracket? Does anyone know where this is?

Year of car? Factory fogs?
No mention of f22 or module in my '97 Ford wiring manual.

Thinking about your problem, chances of 2 bulbs going are remote so I wonder if fog relay is problem. This relay is taped to headlight switch wiring harness so it requires removal of trim panel to gain access.
