Can anyone tell me what Pressure readings should be as shown from the AFC at Idle? I have it set to mmHG and am trying to troubleshoot what I think is a vacume leak. At idle I am in the -600 range. I'm not even sure if this is accurate but that is what it shows until I hammer the gas.

So out of curiosity, where did you connect your Duratec's pressure to the AFC? Surely you aren't trying to read vacuum through a mass air sensor wire?

Just went off the wire diag for the SAFC. I wasn't sure as to it's accuracy or whether it is even a true measurment. If it's not I'll have to look elsewhere. The car is flashing a missfire on Cyl 1, 2, and 3 and seems to do so at anything below 5.5k RPM .. above that and it seems to vanish. almost every sensor is new as well as the Fuel Pump, PCV, Plugs, Wires, and ignition.

We use a Mass Air based setup. (Hot-wire)
Therfore there will be no pressure reading.

It's funny I get one too, but it's like -760hg, and goes toward the positive when I hit the gas. Not sure if it's reading something else, but it seems to work ok. When I accelerate, it will go towards the positive, but then go right back to -760hg when I'm done accelerating.
Oh yea make SURE that you have the Hot Wire selected to 01 in and 01 out, otherwise you will come up with some wierd problems! I know I had it selected on somthing different, and it screwed everything up! This might be the cause that my PATS light by the Contour badge in the middle of the dash stays ON!
One more thing the airflow should be at .5% or so on the idle, I've had mine down to .3% before after it warms up.

Lol.. yeah I get the same readings, thanks for the air flow info though, I am going to have to check that out tomorrow to see where I'm sitting. I am pretty sure my missfire will disappear with some tuning of the AFC, but getting it tuned isn't easy. Once I get it close enough to stop the missfires I am going to take it to Buffalo, NY to get dynotuned.. unfortunatly that's the closest to me and it's about 2hrs away.
