hey guys I'm in need of your help again!
My car has been cutting out the engine light came on
took Auto Zone was told the EGR Vale was bad Replaced it. Then the car would die after
starting it would have to restart it a few time before it would stay running when driving could fill
the thing surging the engine light came back on took it to the Dealer he said it was the EGR
pressure sensor.Could have replaced my self but told him to go ahead and replace.$ 165.00
SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MYSELF.
Car ran so good lots of power no more engine light YES.
Three hours later going to town the
car dies as I was coming to a stop light no cutting out no surging it just died and then
again when I was pulling in to the stores parking lot. Drive home with No problem. The car
running good plenty of power. Anything I can try it find the problem?No engine light on.
One more thing the air bag light is on and it is flashing a 32 code have no cruise control or horn.
The Dealer said he "thinks" it is a spring that will be another $160.00 for him to fix. I figure
that was something I had better not try and let them do it but does the price sound fair? The spring
is $45.00 the rest is labor he said it would take 1 or 2 hours to fix. Then that may not even be the
fix after all he said he "thinks" that's it. Has anyone hade the 32 code before
Have a 11 hour drive come up in 2 week to see hubby.
