Bank 1 lean...o2 sensor slow reporting...P1131 From what I read in the search & at FlatRateTech.com it's the upstream o2 sensor of a UIM gasket leak. I'm gonna try the o2 sensor 1st... Anyone have any words of advice before I start this job? I know I can get the sensor tool from AutoZone, but wondering if there's anything else that will make the job easier. I went to get a new sticker this morning and the guy said he couldn't get it to test. The exhaust wouldn't register on the machine. He tried three times. I'm pretty aggravated right now. What my father did was get the correct O2 sensor wrench and cut the handle down so it fin in the space. That was the biggest biotch of a job! Getting in there was near impossible. The sensor socket is too big, the Bosch sensor is bigger than OEM...it sucked! BUT!
