Okay my moms got me doing some work on her 99SE ATX. I am replacing the struts and springs, but then broke a rod end and a sway bar link, so new of those too, then decided on new front arms too. (I am replacing the left subframe bolts while they are out)
So specs so far:
4 SVT springs
4 ST200 Struts
2 Ford regreasable rod ends
2 New sway bar links
2 New front control arms
So now I have a question of what else I should do. The front sway bar looks fine and rotates fairly freely but should I replace the bushings? Also the spring perch is rusty and the doesn't turn increadibly freely, Should I replace the whole spring mount bearings and strut mount?
I haven't even looked at the back yet. All I have for that is the struts and springs. Let me know here too.
Oh and this is the first suspension work period.
