Looks like there are several off these running around out there but... My 95 Contour is stalling when rolling down to a stop. It starts up fine in the morning - but when you pull to a stop - the revs die down - all the way down - to nothing. Always starts right up and drives fine. Another piece to the puzzle is that if you have the AC running the revs stay up there and it doesn't stall.... Any tips/ideas? Is my ECM freaking out or do I need some FI cleaner?

That was pretty quick - are you really sure in that one? Wouldn't I see more problems if it were the wires?

I just posted a similar problem on my 99 4 cyl. I currently have the problem, but experienced it the first time last summer. Last summer, I replaced the fuel filter and the problem stopped immediately. With just 8,000 further miles on the car now, I wonder if I really fixed the problem last summer or if the fuel fliter got clogged again.

Sounds like the Idle Speed Control (IAC Motor) isn't functioning properly.
Try disconnecting the battery for at least 5 minutes and then restart the car.
This will reset your computer, and it may clear the problem.
If the problem returns, then you may need a new IAC Motor.
