if the computer has been reflashed there should be a sticker under the hood saying so.

Even if you don't have the answer, you certainly have to admire the problem.

Superchips took mine....they couldn't figure put why mine wasn't working...so what do they do? Take my chip and give me a refund. I DEFINITELY miss my chip!

You Suck!
You might be able to use the ECU then.
But the S/R doesn't have VCT,
so you might not be able to use the ECU.

umm the S/R does have VCT. and as far as I know all 2000 that were made were MTX not ATX.
