I think I remember that you were going to try to do it yourself, but ended up taking to Sho Shop? What extra goodies did you have put on, and are you gonna dyno it anytime soon? It's good to hear that it's running once again! Are you still going to shows? I recently got a 97' Subaru impreza outback, but it has a 2.0 turbo WRX engine, and is smog legal too! The previous owner ran a 13.4, but that was with an exhaust and a tune (stock boost), neither of which I have now. The only mods on it right now are a JDM subaru catless uppipe, and larger intercooler hoses so it's probably only around 250 HP. With the exhaust and tune it put down approximately 300 flywheel horsepower so it is fun! However subaru's and fords have one thing in common, and that is weak gearboxes Eventually all the old schoolers should get together for a small meet james SVT with CE light mod and a camera mount. I figured while there in there... Upgraded the sway bar bushings & motor mounts, rebuilt-upgraded halfshaft, Quaife LSD, SPEC Stage II Clutch, and Hybid 3L. Sho Shop was very cool, despite many peoples views. I have no complaints. I still need to install a DMD, that arrived late.
