I went from the stock plugs to a set of Bosch+4 a while back and i must say i think the Bosch suck. I'm thinking of giving the NGK Iridium IX a try. Or should I just stick with the stock Ford Motorsport plugs?

1. No way!!! You are kidding!!! Get out of town!!!
You mean the 1,329 seperate posts about Bosch plugs sucking ass are for real!!!
2. A waste of money. They will still wear out as fast as a regular copper plug.
3. You really don't read the other posts much do you???
Motorcraft AGSF32PPM or Autolite APP764 are what you want...

i put in autolite double plats 30,000 miles ago....smooooth! I did a lot of reasearch and found double platinums work best with the combustion system the duratec uses.

However they are 1 step colder. Just like the AWSF22FS Motorcraft plugs are.

Sure it will.
Colder plugs will produce power and efficiency losses on an engine that does not "need" them.

Go with the stock heat range

Nope, they are the same heat range as APP764. Only difference is that they are full threaded (a la AGSF Motorcrafts) instead of short threaded, which makes NO difference for us.
Now, the APP103 - those are a step colder like the 22 Motorcrafts.
