well have to go on atrip and this [censored] happens.

happened once before, but it fixed itself. I start the car up and the only way it stays running is if i am on the throtle...dies in nuetral and no throttle

please help. i was thinking a vacuum leak? or something.

Did it throw a CEL? Maybe have the fuel filter or O2 sensors checked? I'm not a mechanic by any means, but my ol' SE used to act similar and it turned out to be a combo of the two. Good luck.

its weird i took the air cleaner out. started it up reved it and now it is fine. we will see. im thinking a vacuum lewak or the ICA, but then again i am no mechanic either.

IAC. my car did this back in november, hit the IAC with the handle of a snowbrush, and it's been working fine ever since. these get carboned up sometimes.
