I just did some work on my tour a week or two ago, and I'm haveing Idle problems when the air is turned on.(Idles fine with air of. I've already reset the comp. ) I did the UIM and LIM cleaning, installed headers, R2 the IACV, R2 the plugs and wires, R2 the pcv, put in a 75 MAF, and a new open air intake system(AEM). I have a chip ready to go in, but want to get this idle thing fixed first. I did remove the computer to clean the contactors. It's a 2000 # 534. I'm thinking it's just a lack of communication between the comp and the Mass Air. I'm going to take it to a Dyno place to get the a/f and the comp tweaked out. Have any of you had this problem? She run's strong as hell and pulls real nice. I hope to get some track time on Thursday and post some times.

I hope you replaced upper and lower gaskets. I'm guessing a vac leak.

You might want to try putting the stock MAF and airbox back on just to make sure it isn't that. Though if it was that it would probably idle bad all the time, but who knows.

Yeah people have had problems with the Pro M 75mm MAF. You may want to try it with the stock MAF on and see if it makes any difference. Regardless you need to start narrowing down the possibilities. Process of elimination my friend. Good luck.

Do you have the TH Fix installed? That could be causing it.
