Well as I was pulling in to my house after I left the contour hang out. To make a long storie short and pain full, the frist spark plug shot out and stripped all the tridding out with it. I was hopeing that there was I way to re thread the block or head what ever it is. I can not get a plug in there at all. I hate this car, I also broke the 5th tranny mount. SO what do you guys think about the plug hole. what should I do. thanks guys.. Time to save up for a 3.0L I have no more $$$$$$$$$$ to fix this beatter

Standard process available to re-thread with heli-coils or similar devices. I would leave it to a professional to fix if you wish to save the head.
I've had center blow out of a plug on a boat motor, never a car. I presume it blew 'cause it wasn't in properly, if not you will have to investigate cause.

Yes a HELICOIL is the way to go. And I agree a pro should do it. Saving the cost of a head is a lot more than saving a few bucks doing it yourself and screwing it up.
