I thought NM could use some rain, so I washed my car today. Just to make sure it rained, I also washed my dad's Cobra, too. Sure enough, it did rain, but my car's still spot free cause I dried it off after the rain. The Cobra went in the garage.

I also:
put some protectant on the black plastic by the sideview mirrors (man are they sun-scorched )
used some Formula 2001 on the interior
made sure the engine bay was still clean
and filled 'er up. She thanked me with 29mpg!

How was the weather in the rest of the SW? Anybody else clean up their car?

Gonna wash mine later today. Mabye the 2 of us doing it on the same day will bring some rain

I just snapped a few pics for the heck of it. Nothing special, just in my driveway. I think I'll try to get some exhaust sound clips, too.

I cleaned mine up a little this weekend as well. I was going to wax it but it's 110 degrees so I figured that wouldn't be such a good idea. Looking good though man.

110 outside, 250 degrees in my midnight blue equipped SVT. Do those seats ever cool down? LOL.

Couldn't get into the site, but I'm sure it looks good if you put half the effort into the exterior that you've put under the hood

BTW, I haven't cleaned mine up lately because it's up for another claybarring and Zaino-fest (Zaino-fest '03, baby!!), but I'm waiting until Stolon gets out this week and we do some paint touch-ups and a few other "little" things

My car will finally have some aesthetic touch-ups, w00t!!!

Darrel, I think the outside finally looks as good as the inside. I even cleaned the engine up, if you can believe that. I still had some gunk on the UIM from when I cleaned it...for shame!
