I got a 70mm MAF from Pro-M, calibrated for 42lb/hr injectors. You need a chip to run a MAF set for those injectors cause the load calculations are so off, the ECU never thinks it's under load and gives you 30 deg spark advance even at WOT.
I had to learn that the hard way. But the car did idle ok with them on just reved up twice the RPMs at start up and took longer for them to come down.
If you call Pro-M, just tell them what kind of car you have and give them the numbers that are written on the MAF and how many wires the MAF has.
As for what's the point of a bigger MAF...more air flow in the intake. 70mm MAF is huge, you can almost fit the stock MAF in it. You'd definetly want a CAI, in order to maximze the bigger MAF, and maybe even a bigger TB. It cost me a little over $200, a year ago.
