Your car sounded sweet when you came down to the Meet at the movies. What resonator did you remove? Where was it located and was it hard?
thanks

there is technically only one resonator on th eSVT's it is in the center of the exhaust right after teh cat. it cost me $20 to have it removed and a piece of pipe put in.
i dont recomend it though. the car sounds like total ass when it is cold, it has major rasp.
NY State Trooper: So what makes your car so special to have SVT all over it?
Me: Er...It was made by Fords SPECIAL Vehicle Team?

I had mine done and HATED it!!!!! Mike is right, the rasp is terrible when cold. For some reason, I always had rasp between 3K and 4K RPM and then again after 5.5K RPM.
Take out that POS resonator and put in a straight through one and you will have the good sound + no rasp. I ran that for about a year and loved it.

Any high performance exhaust shop will have what you need. I bought a Vibrant 18" long and 4" round. Stazi on the boards sells a resonator that I think is 22" long. My Vibrant only cost me $35.00 and the sound was and it only took about 15 minutes to put it on at the shop. Many people here go with magnaflow or dynomax.
