if i have the 3 liter with the 2.5 heads do i need to go back to the oval ported heads to utilize forced induction?? and which is better, turbo or s/c... i am running the 2001 3 liter with svt heads and cams.

Did you lower compression, or are you running 11:1?

If you didn't lower the compression that you are sh|t out of luck. You can run maybe 3psi or so, but above that you'll probably break something.
This question is probably best placed in the FI forum anyway, but the short answer is...turbo is better, but more than 10:1 compression is bad for either turbo or S/C, though the S/C would be a better kit IF you were bound and determined to run it on a 11:1 motor. You'd just have to use 100 octane gas all the f'in time.

i still have the oval ported 3 liter heads. so i think i will put those back on. i am running the 24 lb injectors. i think i would rather turbo it.
