does it work with the 2k zetec engine. I think i have returnless also what is the difference between buyin a honda vcn 2000 and a contour vcn 2000. reason is that i have a friend that can get me one for a Honda for 6oo.

I highly doubt it.
The VCN-2000 micro processor is calibrated for each specific application. (I.E. PCM specs/pinout/etc)
