Yep...just replaced the alternator and the battery.........and presto...the battery light is still on!!

What could it be now??? Grrrrrr!!!!!!

If the light was on before and is still on the mega-fuse is probably blown.

Yep, I just checked it...the fuse was blown. I happened to have a spare alternator to battery to starter harness (leftover from the complete underhood wiring set) and I just put it on. Problem solved.

Of course...I broke something else while I was in there...a prong off the EGR pipe the goes to the DPFE sensor. I ordered the part and I'll put that on tomorrow.

Sheesh...will the madness never end?????
