What are good 60' times with a quaife, clutch, and flywheel. I am thinking 2.0-2.2 would be good. My old best 60' was 2.34 and 15.1@92.23 was my trap. I will be trying to hit mid to high 14's. Just asking your numbers with these mod.
-Bassani exhaust *Track #'s*
-Sho Shop intake 14.986@92.16
-CTA inlet pipe
-MSDS headers w/ Y-pipe
-Ground Control Coilovers
-Koni Adjustable Struts
- Quaife, fidanza, spec 3
-DMD
-Apexi S-AFC

I agree with that listing right there. I was always a low 2.3 or high 2.2 stock and Im hoping to see 2.0's now with my car right now how it is. I do have the Quaife, Fidanza, and SPEC Stage I. I just like the fact that with the added torque right now, even if I bog the car it doesn't feel like a 4 cylinder until the secondaries kick in. It is still strong enough to get the tires spinning.

At this point for you, it's all tire limited. What tires do you have that you hope for a 2.0x 60' time? (They'd better be drag radials or slicks!)
FWIW, I put down a 2.201 (darn, SO close) on my beat old stock clutch and flywheel, Quaife, and Potenza RE-730s. I'm a pretty regular visitor to the 2.2x neighborhood (still on the RE-730s).
Although last weekend I couldn't beat mid 2.3's (and had a couple of 2.4's), but the track was VERY slick due to the high humidity. I didn't wheelhop all day but I spun the tires on every launch. Part of the reason why I couldn't get a consistent (or fast) time out of my car and ended up breaking myself out in eliminations. Eh, some days you are the windshield and some days you are the bug.

With my stock SVT putting the car in 1st gear and rolling at about 5 mph, just stomping on it is nothing to brag about until the secondaries open up. So my point is that the Duratec motor is no torque monster. But did I even have to say that? Obviously I did. But then again I don't have an ATX GL so I don't know what it's like to have all that crazy torque down low.

I have Falken ZIEX 512's. They are pretty damn soft tires. Im not saying 2.0's are guaranteed but that is why I said I'm hoping for them. Everyone hopes for the best but who knows, I may have worse 60' times afterall. After suspension I may go with some drag radials. My Koni's and Eibach's are on the way right now so I think that should help a little on my launching.
