I told the cop that they were attached with velcro and that they come off when I turn my lights on. He said NO COVERS! I got pulled over again the other day for having smoked license plate covers. I just can't win. The GTS type covers have velcro glued into the top inside of the cover with another piece you stick on the inside of your engine compartment with 3m tape so when you put them on the velcro helps hold them in place.
