The easiest thing would be to try some FI cleaner in the gas tank for a couple of tanks and see what happens.
Pulling the fuel injectors, while not rocket science, is also not a casual job and you should have the necessary gaskets and o-rings on hand when you do it.
The cylinder balance test may not be pointing to bad injectors, it could indicate some ignition problems as well. When was the last time you changed the plugs or wires? How about the fuel filter, PCV valve & plumbing, UIM/LIM cleaning (there's a HowTo & would go along with pulling the fuel injectors)?
Try the easiest things first before you dive in a$$hole and elbows (not calling you an a$$hole
