I've had this problem for a while now, and it's getting really annoying.

While driving (under a small load) or idleing the car feels like it's misfiring, and therefore bucks slightly. It doesn't happen constantly, just when it's in lower revs (less than 2500).

i decided to reset the computer, to see if it helped. It worked for a bit, but then came back. The car threw a CEL.

after reseting the computer again, the car has started to do the bucking more often. I checked plug wires (looks fine) and after inspecting a plug from each bank, i noticed it looks like the second bank is running hot (lean?).

should i see if cleaning the KKM will help?
is it a tranny problem, electrical, etc.?

any help is appreciated

Do you have double platinum plugs? I am told that our "waste spark" ignition tends to wear out every thing but the double platinums in the rear bank. If you are using single platinums, or something else, I would try switching to the doubles. It might cure the problem.

If you don't like how the spark plugs look, change them.

If you say you're KKM looks dirty, then clean it.

If you're car is setting a CEL then I'd like to suggest you have it checked out since that will likely lead you to the problem.
