Thanx for all who replied with help!!
I tryed every cleaner i had and wiped it all good. then left it. came out monday and it looked better. tuesday(today) looked at them amd that haze is going away. it looks a little lighter and clearer now. so i am going to leave it how it is. it looks good dark now! but if i get pulled over for it i will have to take it off someday and i'll probably redo it lighter next time. atleast i can remove it with laquer. thanx again and i'll cross my fingers about the cops.
PS- the clearcoat i used said it takes 5 days to cure. maybe it is doing what its suppossed too.

And when it says wait 5 days, wait the 5 days. Mine tured out like [censored] when i painted my valve cover, so i actually waited the 5 days between primmer and paint on my intake manifold and it turned out really good. As for the valve cover i striped it back down and used DEI's 1500 degree silicone coating and it looks amazing. After i bought it i noticed it had to be cured @ 400F so i stuck it in the BBQ for about 15min and it looks bad ass. It says its black but it comes out gunmetal
