My sister has a 99 cougar. Apparently, her sunroof has broken. She said there was a "pop" sound when she opened it the other day and now when she puts it in the up (vent) position, the left side doesn't go up. I haven't had a chance to look at it yet, but am guessing one of the parts on the track popped off. Has anyone else had such a problem with their sunroof? Any input would be appreciated.
