How do you replace the bottom grill to install mesh. And how do you install mesh to the bottom grill. Not THE EMBLEM GRILL.
Also, can the grill on the back of my 98 svt contour be replaced? how?

O-k Rubes...with all your questions, you are about to get hammered by the veterans on here. Everything you've asked can be found by taking time this weekend and going back thru previous posts. Just go to the bottom, click on to view the past 6 months of posts..and read. See...since all of this has already been beaten to death and answered in deatil, the responses you'll get now will be short and trite. You'll gain a lot more by reading...

Yes...search Nazi's indeed.
Rubes, buy a set of ramps w/ the extenders. They'll pay for themselves. Trust me.
Once you get the car up on the ramps (front 1st) you'll see where there is a plastic cover (splash guard) that runs from side to side under the front of the car.
I think it's held on with like 12 hex head screws. After you take that off look to see where the lower grill is held on with a bunch of little metal clips.
Pry these off with a screwdriver or a pair of pliers. Now carefully slide the grill out. There are air damns on either side of the grill
that are a royal pain in the azz. You may need to remove them 1st to get the grill out. The lower grill isn't easy (read: it doesn't just fall out) to remove.
But it shouldn't take you more than 10 -15 min start to finish.
The rear grill...back the car onto the ramps...comes out by prying off the same type of clips as the lower front grill. Then it will practically fall out.
No more than 5 minutes start to finish there.
Carefull though...once you start modding, there's no turning back. You'll be a mod junkie!
Enjoy.
