The car occasionally get CEL on the road.

But when I drove it to autozone for a check,
their instrument read out nothing from the ECU.

I have examined all the fuses and relays
associated with ECU control. They're all good.

Does it mean the ECU in my car is bad??
or something else??

I the CEL on when you try to read the code? Or does it flash during your drive and then go off?

Sometimes the CEL flashes when you have a misfire.

I recently had a problem with ECU not storing a CEL.
(I had other problems as well.)
Turned out to be a bad ECU.
