I had my 3rd gear syncronizer replaced under warranty last week and ever since the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts have been very stiff. 1-2 are fine. Trying to find neutral coming out of third or fourth is a major pain. The "tech" said this is normal and to give it more time. I've put almost 300 miles on it and figured that'd be enough to get it broken in right. Anyone know how much longer it'll take to break it in. They kept my car for over a week and kept putting me off saying it was close. So I took all my frustration out on the rental mad :p

Anyways, this is really frustrating. I know they dont want to pull the tranny again...had to have been a pain. Any help would be appreciated. laugh

c'mon guys I need some help to know if this is normal. If its normal and will loosen up thats fine...but if the tech screwed up the job and just isn't wanting to pull the tranny again I need to know. thanks.
