he was living in hermiston, oregon about this time last year, he is known to move around alot. any help at all would be kool.
he is short about 5foot and has a gut,
black hair probably graying by now

hmmm, I wonder if someone knows something but is not telling?
I run into this all the time, he is so darn secretive, wonder why he wouldn't want to meet his own daughter that he never got to see because of circumstances beyond his control, and his daughter would not hold none of it against him.
Please if some one knows something about this man please let me know. He is 56 years old and his b-day is Nov. 8, mine is Nov. 13. how close can ya get?
some where in the Hermiston area close to Washington state line, he has a mailbox at mailboxes etc. he lives some where around I390 or I395 one of those, very intellegent man from what I am told.
