Ok i cant figure this out ? i turn the car to the Left a little bit and i hear a HMMMMM , turn it to the right it stopps .I tred switching tires to see if it was a bad tread or something but NOPE ....i keep getting this HMMMMMM, so i tried it again turning to the left while applying the brakes ,,,STILL HMMMMM......what the hell is this ? ? anyone help !!

Wheel bearing...most likely.

Right. Wheel bearings or CV joint, although those normally pop or crackle. There's no other parts that would really make noise during cornering. This is a stupid question, but are your tires the right size? Not rubbing on the wheel wells, are they?
