OP contour se sport New CEG\'er C Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 14	somedays after the car sits all night or for more than 8hrs when i first move even just rolling in neutral there is a clunking noise as if the car bumper was stuck on somethin but its not and i don't know y it does it

Since the pads/shoes have a high metal content, they tend to create surface rust when it is very damp. Add to this the surface rust on the rotor/drum after it rains. They just rust themselves to eachother. It goes away when the humidity gets lower.
