The fuse fusing my 4-way flashers, cruise control and horn keeps blowing. I have replaced it 3 times and it keeps blowing. Did anyone else have this problem? How can i fix it? By the way the vehicle is a 1998 contour.

There is an open circuit somewhere within what you described. Check your wiring around your steering wheel and fuse location. Also, make sure you are using the correct amperage fuses.

I had one of my horns short out and had to replace it, was blowing the fuses. You could try unplugging both of them and see if that is the problem.

Have you changed anything recently?
Have you done anything out of the norm lately?

Sounds like something to do with the major harness going into the steering column if it blows several fuses on different circuits!

You should check your main ribbon cable for the steering wheel controls.

Well recently installed my stereo, but its directly run to the battery so it shouldn't really interfere with anything. Also its only blowing the fuse for my horn, 4ways and cruise control. Ill look for a short somewhere i guess.
