Courtesy of Contour master Spatt of SE-MI, my car is now equipped with Intrax Springs and Koni's to go along with my 19's. Now the car definitely handles like it's "on rails", even better than I had expected. The drop itself looks fantastic (pics coming soon) too but the thing that has shocked me the most is the ride. The car actually rides better now than what it did with the stock suspension.

I was expecting a bone jarring, skull shaking ride but after cruising the pothole infested streets of Detroit for a day with the new set-up I'm basically flabbergasted at how there's practically no wheel gap and the car now rides even better than it did with the stock set-up. Perhaps it has a little to do with the Koni's already being broken and set in the soft setting in the front as I bought them used but overall I must say I'm extremely satisfied with this set-up and for what I paid ($400 total for the intrax/koni's after I sell the stock set-up) you just can't beat it. I would recommend these Intrax springs in a heartbeat.

We did back to back drives in a Koni/Eibach car to mine when I had stock SVT suspension. On the softest setting, we both felt the stock struts are a tad stiffer.

Now all I need are some HR's on my front springs to drop the front a 1/2" more.

Congradualtions on lowering your car. I saw the pics in the Eastern forums and man your car looks killer, especially with the pre-98 trunk, and the stance from the intrax looks great, I'm definatly going to have to take a road trip to see the car in person.
