I have a 98 sport with stock suspension, and just purchased 18's. I have searched, and know to grind off the nub in the back fender. But do you guys think I will be ok for a while with my stock suspension, before I get the Bat kit? Or should I wait to install the rims, and do them both at the same time? Thanks in advance for any advise.

I would wait just because I wouldn't want the fender gap to be there with the rims on it, but that's just my opinion.

I have 18's on my SVT with the Bat suspension kit that lowers the car, and I don't scrub at all.

As long as you get the correct offset and know about tire sizes, you'll be fine, I never rubbed at all.

Is this bad for fender gap?
