I can get a great deal on a 99 cougar 5 speed, but it needs a new transmission (no reverse). Anyone had theirs changed ?, how much ? new or used ? whats involved (labour hours). Only good thing about this is that I can throw in a lighter flywheel and a new clutch. Anything else I schould know. My friend (mechanic) would be changing it.
