After driving my 'tour for a while, it makes a wierd groaning noise when i turn the steering wheel to the left. It doesn't do it real often, but is has been getting more frequent. Should I bring it in, or is it something common and east to fix.

Sounds like a wheel bearing. Since it happens when you turn left, its probably the right front bearing. Its not a hard fix if you know how to do it, but it helps to have a bearing press. I'm not savvy enough to do it myself, so when I had one go last summer I took it in. Cost me less than $150 for parts and labor, so make sure you shop around. One place wanted $250 for the same job.

Are you sure it is not just your power steering? I don't know much about bearings, but I know when mine went out before, it felt like I was rolling on a block.

I know that it's not a bearing. I know what that sounds like and i've replaced three of them on other cars. I pretty sure that it's in the power steering some where. I just don't know where.
