For those of you who are worried about the Surround on the Lambda drivers. Here is a fix compliments of Ed Heath of the Basslist. Quote:
when he gets the repair made, he can coat the surround with polymer emulsion adhesive (vinyl to vinyl adhesive at a wallpaper store, Golden Harvest GH-50 is the brand I use), with a little liquid (or powdered) PABA mixed with it to block UV (for the car drivers), and the surrounds will last a Long time. I have finally gotten all of my surrounds coated (it has a cured form much like a cheap condom), and it has no effect on the driver's performance in any way. Two coats on each side will seal the surround in an airtight sandwich that will protect it from polution and dehydration. I have had some stored in an uncooled attic for years, and the surrounds are exactly as they were when I put them up there.
