Is it necessary to bleed the clutch when changing the transmission fluid?

cool thats what I thought but I've never done much of anything on any fwd car... except this one so far my 98 svt has taken me for a new trans, imrc, left rear hub, and the normal filters/brakes. other than little things like bulbs its been great.
