My first time at the track i ran a 16.29, then, that same day i noticed that my throttle wasnt opening up all the way so i readujsted it and went 16.09, this time with the girlfriend in the car. It pulls a decent ammount better too now. Its really easy to check if its opening all the way, just have someone push the pedal down all the way and if you can move the throttle any farther down by hand, it needs adjusted. You adjust it by taking off this U-shaped metal collar thats on the throttle cable linkage, having someone pushed down the throttle pedal all the way, then opening up the throttle all the way by hand and reinsterting the u-shaped metal piece.
