Get an SVT bodykit. You might find one for about $400-$500. If you want make your car decnt looking, buy some SE side skirts. Get a cold air intake or maybe an SVT dual exhaust. One more thing too some E1 SVT rims. Tjat's all I can really think of.

See? Smoooooooth and secksi! Is it wrong to drool over your own car? I don't think so... Anyway about the ding gaurds doing anything to keep gaurd from dings-you can't really see it, but there's a rather nifty ding on the upper part of the rear driver's side door. About 3/4 of the way up-there's a small, but very noticable, white ding-the white came from the other car/truck. Anyway-the ding gaurds wouldn't have helped that, unless they move around on the door, but I've never seen that.

Oh yeah-don't bother lowering your car, leave it 4x4 like mine. Really though, I don't need to jack it up when ever I need to change my brakes.

EDIT-actually, you can see the ding in the pic.

The only intake made right now specifically for Contour's is the short ram type intake available from www.ctamotorsports.com. For SVT sideskirts, try the classifieds here, or Ebay. You could always order them from Ford . Try www.batinc.net for Focus wheels. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong on any of these points.

For cold air INTAKE you could also go with the sho-shop. I think it's like $150 with a K&N cone filter. There are links in the Mods/Parts section of this site. Definately try the classifieds here for the SVT skirts. As far as ding guards go, I keep them on because they continue the lines off of the front and rear bumper.(at least on the SVT) My friend bought a Honda Accord back in 99 when the new (older now) body style came out. My main complaint of the aesthetics was that there were no lines throughout the car. It looked like one big piece of sheet metal. It's your car though, I really don't care as long as you don't take mine off.

Yeah that statement actually only applies to the 4 cylinder Zetec Motors, there are a few option for the Duratechs.
