My drivers side low-beam headlight is out and i was able to come to the conclusion that it was not the bulb. Is there a fuse somewhere for this particular headlight or is there an easy way to find the bad connection, any help would be greatly appreciated cause i am tired of getting pulled over and i don't have the time to take it in to ford between school and work and my gym time for a week or two.

I guess the first question would be how did you come to the conclusion it was not the bulb?
Secondly, do you have an automotive voltage tester or multimeter available to troubleshoot?
Third, have you checked the headlight fuses in the engine compartment fuse box (by the battery)?

For 1999 (From Service CD) left low beam is F16 (7.5A) (In Battery Fuse Box)
Left Low: F16 Left High: F17
Right Low: F15 Right High: F18
All are 7.5 Amp

Contouraholic: Interesting. My '97 owner's manual shows 10 amp and 17/18 the reverse of what you list. I have DRL which might make a difference.

My owners manual is wrong anyway. It shows a different style Battery Fuse Box. I have a late 99 so I am probably more like the 2000's.
The data came from the 1999 service CD. FWIW, the difference between DRL and no DRL is on the coil side of the headlight relay. So whether you have DRL or not, the fuses should be the same. The four fuses I mentioned are after the relay (on the contact side). There are 2 relays, one High, One low. Out of the relay is 2 fuses, one for each bulb.
Of course, Ford was constantly tinkering.
7.5 amp is plenty for a single 51 watt (low beam) or 60 Watt (Hi Beam) bulb.
