OK guys, we are starting to get some decent weather out there, so I think its time to start up a Contour meet! I'm thinking somewhere in the beginning of June, so people interested please start posting!!! I will choose a meet point later that will be the most convenient for the majority of those attending.
If possible, I'm thinking we start out meeting, comparing rides, go for a cruise/ fun run, then either drag strip, go carts, or something along those lines, then after a BBQ at somebody's place.
What do you guys think? Don't be shy, the bigger the meet, the better!!!!

go-carts sounds good that way every1 can race and if u crash no1's tour will get hurt!!!!hehehhehe

I'd be in for June. Montreal, Ottawa, northern NY, don't matter to me! Go-karts for sure! We have 3 outdoor tracks and 1 indoor track around Ottawa-Gatineau, and some nice roads to cruise around on. I can help you out if you want to book stuff or find a parking lot for the show'n shine. As for a spot to do a BBQ, if you guys don't mind driving to Kemptville, I got the room to do it! Let's make this happen gents and gals!

Hi J-Lab thx for running with this, I am all for it but do not wish to drive for a few hours just to meet for a couple hours, like I said I am looking at something local here in or around Ottawa. Anyway all this sounds ok to me , lets get a good group together.

I'd be in Location somewhat dependant. If the timing where right and the GB were to get off the ground for the pre 98 SVT front bumper, you never know I might be able to kill 2 birds with one stone. Also I like the drag strip idea.

Hi Jeff, I'm very interested in a meet in a couple of week-ends. My car is ready to be shown , everytthing is done on the SVT except for the exhaust, I can't find all the time that it takes to install and accomplish a job well done  Every week end should be good for me except june 14-15th cause I'm going for camping in Eastern townships with my girlfriend

Great response so far! I love it! I'd have to confirm with our "potential" host, but if we made it an overnight weekend meet in Vermont at his house, would that make the drive more worthwhile for some?
Or are people hoping for an Ottawa area meet? Ottawa would probably be more central for everyone, and ensure a larger attendance judging from early feedback. Please, keep the comments coming!
