No photochop here. I wet sanded all the chrome off starting
at 400 grit and worked my way up to 800. I then shot some
gloss black tremclad on it (its kind of rubbery when it dries). I heat cured it (sort of). Let it sit for 3 days,
resanded to 800 wet and shot some gloss black car enamel
on it. It's more chip resistant than the factory paint.
Which by the way is cracking all to s&#$ !! Typical...
(the heat curing process is letting it sit on a heat
vent in your house after the paint is tack free. My girlfriend almost killed my over the smell in the house...)
