I have those power buttons that stick out, so when I rest my leg on the door I inadvertantly make the rear right window go down. So the flat tpye switch, I think, will solve that problem.

Go to a salvage yard and get the buttons and switch them out. I took my buttons off of my 98 and put them on my 99. (I did it backwards from what you want to do.) Just remember to grab the white rockers also.
