After driving my car for about 15 min. it looses all its power over 4k rpm's. Example my wife blew me away in her suburban and then laughed at me. Any heip would be great. Thanks in advance

I'm no expert, but sounds like maybe you need a tune up. Sounds like the same thing that happened to me.

Secondaries probably not opening due to IMRC problems. You should be able to see the IMRC linkage move when you operate the throttle by hand and get the RPMs over about 3800. Fairly common problem. Try a search on IMRC to see what others have done.

Look at the wiring for the TPS. Mine was run over the rod that opens the front runners. Amazingly, that harness was hard enough to block them from opening all the way. Re-routed and no problems now. just a thought...

Suburbans are pretty quick.... i wouldnt worry about that.... smile
